We do not store customer credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties




We do not issue refunds on any items unless we are at fault. However; we do allow customers to exchange if the item(s) is still in stock AND is returned in its original condition. Packaging must be well maintained and the merchandise must still have the original tags attached and in good condition. Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, not smell of perfume and still in a new condition.

Exchanges should be shipped back no later than 7 calendar days of receiving your items. Returns shipped after the 7th day may not be accepted. Please include your order invoice and reason for return with the merchandise for tracking purposes.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately on receipt of the merchandise and we will be happy to send you a replacement, free of charge. However if this not relayed on time, the merchandise cannot be returned on that basis. Please ensure you contact us at within 24 hours of receiving your item(s).

AVAILABILITY OF AN ITEM IS NOT ALWAYS GUARANTEED. In this instance, the customer will be given a credit note. 


Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return. An email confirmation will be sent on receipt of the item and for the notification of the refund.



We ship using the address provided by the customer in the Shipping section  – please verify that the information is accurate. RETURNED ORDERS WILL BE RESHIPPED AT YOUR EXPENSE.

All orders in the UK are shipped for next day delivery if purchased before 12 noon UK time.

PLEASE NOTE: Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: All items are shipped via DPD. DPD will send customers their tracking numbers. They offer a Follow My Parcel service where customers will receive ONE HOUR DELIVERY WINDOWS via SMS and EMAIL, and be able to track the progress of the drivers on REAL TIME MAPS AND RECEIVE A FINAL 15 MINUTE TIMESLOT.

Should an item get lost, damaged or missing during the shipping process, it is the responsibilty of DPD and not Original MaNgu Limited to replace it.



We do offer international shipping via DPD. Below are the shipping times that are avaibale for the countries that we usually purchase from us. However this is not to say that we will not deliver to other countries. 

USA: delivery takes 3-6 working days. We also offer a next day service if the purchase is made before 12 noon UK time.

Canada: delivery takes 3-6 working days.

South Africa: delivery takes 4-6 working days.

Australia: delivery takes 4-7 working days.

 Kenya: delivery takes 4-6 working days

Nigeria: delivery takes 5-8 working days

Tanzania: delivery takes 3-6 working days

UAE: delivery takes 3-6 working days

Botswana: delivery takes 6-8 working days

Zambia: delivery takes 5-7 working days

Zimbabwe: delivery takes 4-6 working days
